To all the great moms on this site. You create, nurture and transform with your love in ways your children will always remember. I hope your Mother’s Day was filled with love, as was mine.
Last week I rounded up a couple of buds and we went to a falls prevention and how to get our decrepit bodies up off the floor if we do fall. I have to confess I am a complete failure at it. The repairman arrived, I apologized for the piles in the great room, but I had managed to clear the table of paperwork, stacking it under the appointment calendar I keep on the counter by the phone. Stuck a tablecloth and a couple of little wooden ducks in the center and ya’ know, it didn’t look half bad. I had washed dishes and wiped down counters, so it wasn’t as bad as it could be if you were seeing it for the first time.
