The kiddo and I went to the flower show yesterday. Masses of people, not that many flowers and lots of overpriced vendors. Bus loads of garden club and senior center tours – very few people below the age of ….let’s say 50 years. When it was time to eat we found a square of unoccupied floor. Yes, floor…they set up about 10 tables near an overpriced cafe — – – for hundreds of people…. “older” people in wheelchairs and walkers. We’re young enough that we could camp out on the floor with our bagged lunch. We camped out right near the trash bins.
