We’ve been working with a poetry unit this semester learning all kinds of poetry styles.   We have also been enjoying books of poems by Jack Prelutsky - a master wordsmith for kids!  His work inspired a fun project;  we decided to collaborate on a poem where we each wrote a stanza.  Here are the amusing results.
